Car parking

Due to one-way road systems on George Street, please note that car access to Sydney Hilton is via Pitt Street only. Please program 255 Pitt Street if using a car navigational device. There is a secure underground car park located at Hilton Sydney. This car park is owned and managed by Secure Parking. Self parking fee is $49.70 (at time of writing) for 24 hours from time of entry. Hilton valet parking is available ($65.00 for 24 hours) or enter the car park directly and Secure will park the car for you at casual parking rates

However, please note parking rates are subject to change without notification.

Getting around

The closest train station to the hotel is Town Hall Station and the Hilton Sydney hotel is located adjacent to the Victoria Galleries, entry via Pitt Street or George Street.

The closest bus stop to the hotel is directly across the road from the front door of the Hilton Sydney, ‘QVB, George Street – Stand F’.

There is also a Free Sydney CBD Shuttle (route 555) that runs every 10 minutes. The service operates in both directions on a loop from Central Station to Circular Quay via George Street.

Hours of operation are:

·         Weekdays: 9.00am to 3.30pm, with a late finish of 9:00pm on Thursday evenings.

·         Weekends: 9.00am to 6.00pm.

The hotel is able to order you a taxi upon request, however you can also catch a taxi from designated taxi ranks. A taxi from the hotel into the city will cost around $15.00 and get you there within 15 minutes depending on the traffic.

Taxi fares are calculated according to the distance and duration of the journey, and will vary based on the number of people and time of travel. Additional charges apply if you travel on some public holidays, late at night, travel with five or more people or pay with credit or debit card.

Every effort will be made to accommodate all special dietary requirements; however, advance notification is required. You will be able to advise us of your dietary requirements during the registration process.


Lunch, morning and afternoon teas will all be served in the Exhibition Hall.

Please feel free to join us for one of the daily breakfast workshops, you can register for these during the registration process (additional registration fees apply).
